Diagnosis: GBCA mild allergic-like reaction
If progresses:Diffuse / progressing → - Moderate
Diffuse urticaria, facial edema, or mild bronchospasm
Diagnosis: GBCA moderate allergic-like reaction
If progresses:+ Hypotension, stridor, or severe hypoxia → - Severe
Anaphylaxis / laryngeal edema / shock after GBCA
Diagnosis: GBCA severe reaction / anaphylaxis
