• Limited urticaria / pruritus after gadolinium injection
• Nasal congestion, sneezing
• Limited cutaneous edema

Notes

• Acute allergic-like reactions to GBCA are less frequent than to iodinated contrast (0.004–0.7%).
• Treatment is identical to iodinated contrast reactions of equivalent severity.
