Rash / urticaria / pruritus (1 h – 1 week post-contrast)

If progresses:Progressive / widespread / SJS-like → - Severe
Widespread rash, SJS-like, or toxic epidermal necrolysis
Diagnosis: Delayed cutaneous reaction — severe
- Moderate
Nausea, fever, headache, or delayed hypotension
Diagnosis: Delayed non-cutaneous reaction
