• Persistent bradycardia (HR < 50)
• Persistent hypotension
• Loss of consciousness

2. 2Oxygen by mask 6–10 L/min
3. 3Rapid IV fluids — NS wide open
4. 4ATROPINE 0.6–1.0 mg IV slow push, may repeat to 3 mg total
